Half-day Excel Workshops are ready to be delivered by your training staff or better yet senior managers who will be around for the day to day coaching so vital for the effective transfer of what is learned in the workshop to real results and changed positive behavior in the workplace where it counts!. Each competency ( clusters of attitude , skill and knowledge ) is isolated for training in its own workshop. Competency - based training has been proven to be most effective due to what has been taught being used from the very first day back on the job. Getting Unbiased Information or Thinking Clearly and Analytically , two MAP and Excel competencies for example , are used all day long and thus transfer of learning is assured and very quickly as well. A comprehensive Leader's Guide provides the facilitator with lesson plans, a PowerPoint presentation, handouts, and guidance on leading experiential exercises. Everything the trainer needs is included. Participants observe video episodes. These interactions simulate a broad range of management practices related to each competency as they apply to your organization's specific needs and climate. This prepares participants to learn about, accept and experience new best practices that will work for them in your environment right away -training results that will not fade away in a few weeks or months. Excel provides training that transfers to the job and works!
